Job description

This position is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas of the office and warehouse are clean, neat, and orderly. Duties generally include cleaning and organizing tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain the cleanliness of all office areas and common areas of the facility

· Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash in designated areas

· Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common touch areas throughout facility

· Clean and maintain frequently used appliances such as toasters, microwaves, refrigerators, etc.

· Maintain and stock all items and report to office manager when items are low

· Ensure areas are dusted, wiped down and cleaned daily

· Report minor maintenance repairs such as lighting, leaky toilets/sinks and clogs

· Sweep warehouse floors when needed

· Maintain outside perimeter of building, by picking up debris, sweeping walkways and parking lot when needed.

· Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations

· Any other duties as assigned

Qualification Standards:

· Basic knowledge of housekeeping methods and practices with the use of cleaning products

· Ability to speak and understand English fluently

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work effectively and independently with a team

· Ability to work well under minimal supervision

· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

· Ability to follow instructions and utilize written communication.

· Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling and reaching are required.

· Great communication skills completing tasks from start to finish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
