GENERAL REQUIREMENT
a) Able to read, write and calculate
b) Able to perform overtime when required
c) Able to perform two shift rotation (normal and night shift)
d) Multitasking task with minimum supervision
e) Able to work independently

h) Age 18-40 years old

1) WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (5 VACANCIES)
a) Responsible on ERP System update for inventory movement
b) To perform inventory counting, receiving and issuance
c) To do receiving Goods Received Note ( for incoming materials
item.

2) QUALITY CONTROLLER (5 VACANCIES)
a) To create complete CMM Programme (which includes but not limited to clamping
system) accurately within required timeline
b) To estimate programming time, setup time and processing cycle time for CMM
inspection
c) To perform CMM correlation inspection between all CMMs as per schedule provided
by QC Engineers

3) SHEET METAL TECHNICIAN (10 VACANCIES)
a) To be accountable for Sheet Metal forming process
b) To coordinate loading and unloading to forming machine (Brake press / forming / rolling)
c) To conduct forming process using Brake press / forming / rolling machine
d) To conduct post forming part inspection.

4) ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (10 VACANCIES)
a) Conducts pre-production set-up, ensuring efficient workstation layout with all materials and tools are available.
b) Conducts inspection of all tasks performed, ensuring that all products and services meet quality standards.
c) Complete first article inspection (FAI) on all new jobs ensuring that job kits are complete and tools are identified.
d) Performs and documents intermittent quality checks
Works within Quality System to obtain root cause and provide corrective action.

5) PAINT TECHNICIAN (15 VACANCIES)
a) To perform assembly work as riveting, bush installation, reaming, sealant application and others task sub assembly and high assembly work
b) To ensure daily part marking output meeting the schedule planned by production with zero error.
c) To operate masking and painting according to the special process procedure (SPP).
d) To part jigging, un-jigging, bonding, masking, paint mixing, packing housekeeping and some other production work.

6) CNC MACHINIST (15 VACANCIES)
a) To operate the machinery centres in accordance with the process instruction.
b) Responsible for related machinery setting activities, cutting process, parts de-burring and sequence inspection of the parts produced.
c) To monitor, maintain and ensure that the machinery, tools, fixtures and inspection equipment are in good condition.
d) To conduct machinery maintenance activities, include oil level monitoring, coolant top-up, and chips disposal.
