Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the role as below:

  • Review and organize payments. Ensure quality maintenance at every step for both Platform and Logistics company tasks.
  • Ensure that all financial deadlines relating to accounts payable are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing including balance sheet reconciliation to Regional Finance.
  • Coordinates with Operation Team and works with Share Service Center team for payments listing (ie Payment listing, Staff claims and Intercompany payments). Ensure it is accurate and complete.
  • GST reporting bi-monthly (ie Every 2 months once).
  • Participate in internal auditing by providing supporting documents as requested, improvement initiatives, standardization process and new system implementations.
  • Maintain and ensure policies and procedures adhere to company guidelines.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Ensure any spending for the month GR complete otherwise need to accrue for it.
  • Interco transactions ensure completeness.
  • Review AP reconciliation (ie with supplier statements).
  • Contribute towards AP process improvement and standardization if there are any opportunities.
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high transaction volume environment.
  • Able to multitask and work under high pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with proven ability to apply financial knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues specifically in the marketplace area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
