1.0 FUNGSI TUGAS:
Mengikut segala Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) untuk Jabatan Kaunter Hadapan dan memastikan mutu kerja dan layanan kepada setiap tetamu adalah yang terbaik.

2.0 TANGGUNGJAWAB:
1. Menguruskan pendaftaran keluar masuk tetamu.
2. Memastikan semua tetamu membayar wang cagaran sebelum menginap.
3. Melayan setiap panggilan telefon yang bertujuan untuk membuat tempahan penginapan.
4. Memastikan setiap permintaan tetamu yang menginap disampaikan.
5. Memastikan mutu perkhidmatan yang diberi sentiasa ditahap terbaik.

It includes the "Brand Attribute", "Brand Attitude" and "Brand Soul" elements, thus affecting the "Brand Recall" that relates the customer service characteristics. The brand's "Brand Attitude" interior elements need to be integrated with the "Brand Attribute", an external impact as a drive to the "Brand Soul" target point to make Hotel Seri Malaysia a "COMFORT" accommodation. This re-branding program is to gain "Market Credibility" and "Guest Satisfaction" for The Hotel.
