Job description
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Assist in monitoring HSSE Performance systems and activities within the SPX warehouse and work together with HSSE Team members to coordinate and implement HSSE standards.
- Work with management in preparing and implementing company Occupational, Health, Safety & Security policies in accordance with HSSE regulations.
- Assist in standardizing the quality and controlled HSSE documents to ensure all documents that have been used in operations are standard for all premises (checklist, forms, reports).
- Assist to keep the tracker and providing HSSE performance analysis for improvement and reference.
- Assist to keep the tracker and recording all HSSE cost summaries and provide the data to any related Department (Procurement, Finance, Operations, HR).
- Assist in updating and maintaining the HSSE Performance dashboard for audit and reference purposes
- In the progress of degree or higher at any local institute of higher education.
- At least scored 3.25 for current CGPA
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of OHSE / HSSE based on local law and regulations.
- To compile weekly/monthly dept cost summary including document preparation for all premises.
