Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations. HR operations including EPF and Perkeso contribution, employment contract preparation, personal file maintenance, leave
recording, employee relations activities
  • Prepare monthly invoice for different companies.
  • Involve in Fomema process for foreign worker which to need to apply online
application.
  • Support company day to day administration and office.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence e-mail and letters.
  • Organize filling system & manage documentation in proper record
  • Maintain the process of renew the foreign worker passport and working
permit.
  • Assist in managing workers and update worker details up to date
