Job description
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Prepare monthly payroll & statutory by inputting correct/accurate data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Ensuring that all employees are organized.
Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Assist in segregating stationary based on department/branch request
Assist in placing order on stationaries based on company’s SOP
Assist in preparing invoices/billing to customers
Liaise with customers on billing issue. Other than customer to liaise internally within department to rectify/clarify on billing issues
Send out invoice to customers & assist with collections
Other task as assigned by the management/superior

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Familiarity with SQL Payroll & SQL Accounting softwares
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
At least an SPM qualification but willing to learn fast
Independent and require less supervision
Diligent & trustworthy as dealing with P&C informations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 – RM4,000.00 per month
