REQUIREMENTS:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in handling HR Operations as a generalist.
- Experience in Human Resource Management System will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application, i.e Ms Excel, Word & Power Point.
- Good interpersonal skills with initiativeness.
- Possess analytical skills and attentive to details.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Self driven and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, work well under pressure, willing to work long hours when required and also a team player.
The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the Human Resources Department including:
- To assist in planning, organizing, facilitating and managing the process of internal or external training programs including the verification of training related claims, logistics and refreshment arrangements for all training programs.
- Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
- Assisting in managing HRDF funds including submitting the application and submitting the claims.
- Assisting in preparation of the training related reports.
- Assisting in administration of the company policies and procedures, including the disciplinary action programme as well as maintaining disciplinary action database.
- To support and assist the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
- Actively drive and assist on the HR programs in projects pipeline.
- Compiling and updating employee records (soft copies & hard copies).
- Providing other clerical and administrative support to HR department.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties as guided under Human Resource Manual Scheme & Conditions of Service
