1. Ensure payroll related issue/problem are resolved within the given time. 2. Prepare for submission SOCSO, EIS, EPF & PCB 3. Preparation of EA form for yearly submission· 4. To prepare & submit foreign worker application, renew visa and prepare exit procedure 5. To maintain proper employees’ personal files including personal records, employees’ leaves, medical claims and HR filing system. 6. To prepare / renew company permit and license 7. Assist in purchasing of production stock. 8. To be responsible for the maintenance Requirements: 1. Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English 2. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Ms Excel, Payroll System 3. Experience as HR & Admin 4. Good knowledge of employment / labor laws 5. Candidate must possess at least Diploma & above 6.
