Job Purpose :

• Coordinate efforts with company’s contracted HVAC vendors to ensure company's HVAC systems are functioning perfectly.
• To service operation of YORK Water Cooled Screw Chiller (Model YR, Air Handling Unit (AHU), CHWP, CWP & Cooling Tower).

Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out general repairs, maintenance of machinery and equipment by diagnosing and troubleshooting special service problems following all building codes, blueprints, instructions, and manuals.
• Minor repairing and maintaining building equipment as needed to ensure buildings or facilities are functioning properly.
• Daily chiller reading data recording monitoring based on BAS system.
• Attend breakdown calls and trouble shooting.
• Conduct inspection of ducting including HVAC chill pipe and condenser pipe inspection.
• Perform related duties that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Key Requirements :

• At least 3 years working experience in HVAC service.
• Well-versed with electrical works and able to trouble shoot electrical equipment (i.e. switchboard of chiller, AHU, Pump & Cooling Tower)
• Well-versed of troubleshooting and analysis of HVAC equipment problem.
• It also involves being on-call after work hours to take on further assignments should there be any emergency.
