VIP South Dallas - is looking for Maintenance Technician with the opportunity to move up to Lead in Cedar Hill. Must be okay with preforming building and industrial maintenance. Plumbing, HVAC, Repair, Replace, Industrial etc..

Maintenance Technician Shift:

• Monday-Saturday
• 2pm-2am

Maintenance Technician Pay

• $20-$35
• Depends on experience and interview

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs
• Perform manual repairs when necessary
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Landscaping and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)

Maintenance Technician Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
