Job description

Responsibilities:

• To provide day to day technical support in maintaining the IT systems and IT infrastructure including servers, computers, printers, networking, firewalls, network switchers, routers, CCTV, emails and the website.
• Monitor and maintain for the smooth running of computer systems and networks.
• To plan, organize and manage the operations of the Information System.
• Respond and troubleshoot all IT related problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper data backups.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree / Diploma Computer Science / Information Technology or in any related discipline.
• Min 1-2 years of related working experience.
• Able to work under minimum supervision with sense of urgency in responding to technical issues.
• Good knowledge in computer hardware, computer troubleshooting, fundamentals in networking such as LAN, WAN & Security will be added advantage.
