Job description

• Carry out maintenance work as per daily Request For Maintenance (RFM) in Instrument
• Assist superior in follow through the execution of daily Request for Maintenance in

Instrument section by contractors.

• Perform pressure test and tightness testing in accordance with the applicable code as per

engineer instruction.

• Coordinate with contractors to perform supporting works for start-up activities.
• Update the equipment history record of each equipment after maintenance works being

carried out.

• Carry out preventive maintenance as per Instrument weekly scheduled.
• Assist superior in executing checking points as per current work permit system so that

hazardous work is safe to be carried out at site.

• Perform pressure test and tightness testing in accordance with the applicable code as per

engineer instruction.
