Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) provides services to the Roche organization out of our Headquarters in Basel and the three strategic locations: Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Budapest (Hungary) and San José (Costa Rica). This is a recently established and rapidly growing global organization with a follow-the-sun ambition to support Roche affiliates and Global functions worldwide.

As an Intern, you learn, contribute and implement key People Strategy initiatives. We follow the agile principle that team members are expected to act according to our priorities and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and contribute to one of the following People initiatives such as but not limited to

• Ways of Working Certification

• Workforce Management

• Communications and Engagement

• Capability Building

As needed, support key initiatives in the planning, execution and evaluation phase. This entails:

• Project planning (process development, organizing team setup, supporting the team in agile ways of working, delivering input to the work)

• Performing specific deep dive reviews and analyses that inform or enable high-level decision-making on people transformation change initiatives

• Collaborate with various cross functional project teams to propose creative and efficient people solutions

• Performing other relevant support activities as and when required

We are looking for someone who is:

• Undergraduate students or recent graduates from a reputable university

• Curious and creative mind that enjoys rethinking ways of working

• A team player who is highly collaborative, works well in a diverse team and has a strong sense of accountability

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Available for a minimum period of 6 months

**The role can be performed out of any of our RSS site locations.
