Responsibilities:
- Maintain and responsible for IT Network, Servers, Backups, Disaster Recovery and any IT related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users’ support in PCs, printers and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation including CCTV, antivirus, email, networking and database to ensure system are efficiently.
- Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related software/hardware issues
- Propose and source for new technique / solution for overall to improve IT support
- Manage IT assets and software licensing in order to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirements.
- Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes. Take proactive measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup.
- Conduct related user-training programs in order to enhance users' knowledge of applications to support their daily works.
- Good understanding of common applications: email (Microsoft 365), web browsers, website.
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion.
- Prepare Resources (PC, software, email account) for new join staff and brief PC training for them (if required).
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, willingness to learn and develop in both area of technical and soft skills.
- Microsoft Exchange, Window Servers and Anti-Virus Administration close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes.
- Monitor VPN connectivity between HQ and branches and internet connection liaise with service provider for quick resolution to connectivity issues.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Possess at least 4-5 years of related working experience in helpdesk / desktop / server admin support, IT Technical Support or relevant
- Candidate having any IT professional certificates will be an added advantage
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge on hardware and networking.
- Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft Office applications like Ms. Outlook, Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PowerPoint)
- Good understanding on networking, e.g. TCP/IP and routing, network switch, firewall, LAN, WAN & Internet
- Experience with ERP software or concept is added advantage
- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time in order to facilitate project and task completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
