JOB VACANCY
POSITION - IT EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - KAPAR, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3000-4000
Provide first level IT application support
Responsible for day to day operations and continuity of business application software, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, escalation and follow-up with 3rd party vendors to resolve incidents and issues in a timely manner
Act as in-house consultant to provide consultation advice to business department whenever required
Develop and maintain IT related documentation, user guides and provide system training to users
Assist in IT project implementation as and when required
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
Possess good analytical, structuring and problem solving skills - especially in identifying issues, root cause, resolutions and recommendation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal relations skill and demonstrated ability to work effectively with others in a team
Prior experience in a similar IT application support roles ie. ERP, financial solutions, data warehousing or data visualization tools and project implementation is an advantage
