• Responsible to support the IT operation of APM group of subsidiaries.
• Responsible to run IT related projects and managed project resources and deliverables according to agreed timeline and budget.
• Responsible to provide technical support to the ERP application, coordinate & manage users’ expectation in term of system technical functionalities.
• Provide 1st & 2nd level support to all IT technical problems and escalate unresolved problems to other Technical Team members and follow-up till problem resolution.
• Occasionally, problem should be escalated to 3rd level vendors and follow-up till problem resolution.
• Involve in ERP technical related training and implementation to gain more in-depth knowledge to strengthen support skills as well as project implementation skills.
• Involve in IT support tasks such as providing hardware, software & network support, and operation tasks such as monitoring & managing software licenses, etc.
• Provide internal training to colleagues and end-users.
• Sourcing of IT purchases & price negotiation.
• Any other job functions that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

• Minimum Degree in IT Computer System/ Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experienced in managing PC, printer, server, backup, network, security, endpoint solutions and SAN storage infrastructure.
• Knowledge in VMWare, Windows Servers, Office 365 or Google G Suite, Ms SQL, Ms Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, switches, LAN & WAN network concept and cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience in Infor LN, Baan, managing a team of IT staffs, is an added advantage.
• Have good communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with minimal supervision, a team player and self-motivated with proactive personality.
• Willing to travel and to standby 24x7 on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in Klang, Selangor.
