Job responsibilities :
- Aim to keep technology of the company in good working order and accessible to customers and staff
- To work closely with their team, ensure each situation in thoroughly resolved and all components are in working order.
- Maintaining working components through repair or replacement
- Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges
- Respond to hardware and software support business from employees for Microsoft office applications (words, outlook, power point, excel), phone/ voicemail, printers, mobile devices, etc.
- Set up and configure new computers
- Install application software
- Set up /remove user accounts on systems (network, email, phone, security, etc)
- Maintain (patches, updates, and fixes) software used on desktop systems including OS, anti-virus and malware protection.
- Track and update IT inventory
- Work with vendors to help resolve issues
Requirements;
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work collaboratively and independently on assigned duties
- Able to multi task and prioritize assignments
- Strong customer services
- Able to problem solve and think creatively
- Experience using window 10 and office365plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
