IT Support Engineer – Malaysian Only

SysTecx is looking for Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experienced IT Support Engineer. The purpose of this role is to provide first level and second level support to customers who are under the support contract within SysTecx. The role will include, but is not limited to, general system administration, workstation support, IT account maintenance, computer hardware setup, and end-user training etc.

What you will do

• Respond to local and remote customer requests within SLA.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installation of Network Printers, Antivirus Software, basic Wifi Router, Access Points etc.
• Install and upgrade operating systems and computer software.
• Participate in local IT projects and in wider team projects.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Cloud issues for Customer

Who you are

• Excellent communicator with great problem-solving skills.
• Capable of meeting high quality standards.
• Effective at prioritizing work and staying focused on what is important.
• Experienced Windows administrator who is comfortable working with Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, and the Office 365 suite.
• Solid understanding of firewall rules, VLAN, and Switches configurations
• A clear and concise writer with the ability to create Knowledge Base articles.

What you will need to bring to SysTecx

• Proven work experience as an IT Support Engineer, or equivalent role.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
• Professional certifications are a mandatory (MCSA, CCNA, Office 365).
• Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, or Autopilot, Microsoft Azure Cloud, other Public Cloud Solutions is an advantage.

Note # Driving license holder will be preferred
