Responsibilities:

· Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.

· Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software.

· Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.

· Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations.

· A self-starter, responsible, analytical with good-attitude.

· Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.

· Initiative, fast learner and confident.

· Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.

· Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Applicants must be willing to work in IPOH.

· Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
