College Hunks Hauling Junk is open in Chattanooga and looking to hire a Junk Captain/Driver! Get paid to stay fit, build your resume and work side-by-side with phenomenal mentors who will help develop you as a leader. We want to help you grow personally and professionally!

Compensation: Hourly Pay of $12.00-$15.00 Plus Tips! Many of our Hunks make $18.00 to $20.00+ an hour when tips are included.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide friendly, positive, and a stress-free junk removal to all customers
• Work hard to safely remove items from clients’ homes, offices and buildings.
• Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.
• Lead by example. Always be branding.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Valid/Active Driver’s License required for all drivers with no more than 3 violations
• Drivers able to safely drive small and medium size box trucks
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment federal background check and drug screen
• Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly or warehouse work is helpful but not required
