Job description

We are Halal food manufacturing company, located in Shah Alam and also Bandar Enstek (Negeri Sembilan), looking for a Lab Analyst who is:

• Responsible for physiochemical analysis for raw material, semi-finished product and finished goods according to sampling plan or schedule.
• Data key in for semi-finished product and finished goods, and assist in data analysis when required.
• Lab sample arrangement and related activity co-ordination, QA sample receiving verification.
• Upkeep laboratory included managing lab inventory, preparation and cleaning of lab instruments, ensuring all work area are clean and performing clerical duties as necessary.
• Responsible for lab safety adherence and execute safety procedure for laboratory environment.
• Media and agar preparation for microbiological analysis when required.
• Conduct microbiological analysis for semi-finished product, and finished goods according to sampling plan or schedule when required.
• Form and Document Filling
• Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Science related field
• Previous experience in microbiology laboratory would be advantageous
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate good numeracy and Computer literate
• Able to work on shift rotation and overtime on weekend(s) if required

Others:

Preferably to be able to relocate to Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
