Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating for the transition from Design to Project
• Responsible for studying of design intent and design drawing submission
• Managing the design planning and engineering initiatives for the project
• Responsible for all coordinated shop drawing into “Issue for Construction” drawing and managing all micro design detail, liaising on behalf of the Design Core Team with the project team and customers
• Review and coordinate the methods for the project and any installation procedures, task plans and guidance
• Monitor site installation condition against actual and forecast plan.
• Managing any ad-hoc design matters with both project team and customer, when necessary and seek for mitigation design plan to avoid project delay
• Required to visit site during construction stage with the project lead and assist to identify any discrepancy constructed works
• Always ensure coordination and communication between project team and all trade cons
• Responsible to update all drawings into “As-Built” for customer submission
• Support tender processes in term of Engineering & Design.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 3-5 years experiences in related field
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and at all levels of the organization
• Good time-management, prioritization, organizational and analytical skills
• Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments.
• Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
• Effectively communicate and work as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and collaborating with team members and managers on assigned tasks
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
