• Develop visuals or other formats based on content provided for learners. Help users find an accurate guide to do their jobs quickly and clearly by choosing the right format (e.g., flat content, tools, digital or face-to-face learning content, etc.)
• Learn and experiment with the latest techniques, software, and design trends to produce impactful work that engages and inspires
• Use and implement best practice systems and processes to ensure the team and the wider organization deliver the best in user-centered learning design
• Work quickly and accurately to deliver learning and meet deadlines. Share the end results with colleagues and users then make changes based on their feedback
• Associate with anyone in the company to share the team’s work and encourage engagement
• Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

• Possess basic design and video shooting and editing skills and familiar with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design)
• Candidates have at least a Degree in Arts/ Multimedia/ Design or 2-3 years of work experience in the related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too
• Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• A valuable team player and able to work independently
• Experience with adult learning theory, design, build, and delivery of primarily asynchronous digital learning offerings or e-learning will be an added advantage
• Passion for and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment
• Detail-oriented, a self-starter with exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office software
• Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
