What are you accountable for?
- Be responsible to drive, design, development, testing, and deployment of Machine Learning pipelines/solutions.
- Review, advice, innovate and enhance existing Machine Learning platform capabilities based on ML related / open-sources technologies, complimenting and enhance ML model performance, and workload/cost optimization.
- Capture requirements with Data Scientist/Demands team to perform feasibility studies, design, implement ML models i.e. predictive and pattern recognition to detect/predict patterns/trends from data.
- Employ AI and machine learning techniques, apply into Machine Learning pipelines to solve business problems.
- Conduct users training on development and applications.
- Experience working with large scale warehouse datasets, in batch and real-time mode, preferable using open-source solutions such as Spark-streaming.
What do you need to fit in this role?
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Total Relevant experience of 4-6 years
- Proficient with more than 1 programming languages but not limited to: Python, Java, or C/C++
- Understanding in Natural Language Processing, text understanding, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems, targeting systems, ranking systems or similar.
- Educational background or working experience in AI/Machine Learning.
- Passionate with deep learning and neural networks and other relevant machine learning subjects.
- Experience in driving new technology adoption, worked through business justification and approval, and overseeing implementation strategy and conduct Post Implementation Review session.
- Good knowledge of spark/python programming, running workloads over K8 cluster.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Agile development experience.
- Good team player, committed, able to work independently and under pressure to meet project timeline.
- Good communication skills in English both written and oral.
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
