1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to all manufacturing equipment's.
2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical control and mechanical problems.
3. Identify, prepare and present solutions to equipment problems and continuous improvement projects.
4. Assist new equipment commissioning to verify that the testing is done correctly and efficiency completed.
5. Maintain effective communication level and foster teamwork.
6. Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and 5S standards.
7. Assist Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) team in implementing and sustaining the program.
8. Any other relevant and related responsibilities may be assigned to from time to time as required by superior.
