Job Descriptions :
- Carry out duties and responsibilities, as set by the HOD and the management of the company, effectively and efficiently.
- Assist the department on the editorial with creating write ups, article, scripts, marketing collaterals or others as required by the department.
- Monitor stock level for merchandise, promotional materials and occasional corporate gift.
- Up to date with current marketing strategies in healthcare industry and suggest for improvements.
- To promote hospital healthcare facilities and services to GP Clinics and initiate the engagement activities, establishing positive relationship and collaboration.
- Responsible in growing referrals case from GP Clinics.
- To secure media opportunities for IMSC, moving towards positive brand awareness.
- Liaise with other parties for CSR Program.
- Assist in preparing quotations.
- Assist visits in IMSC.
- Contact point for promotional packages.
- Responsible in preparing related reports.
- To carry out other ad hoc task and responsibility as required and instructed by the management.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mobile and willing to travel.
- Able to work under a pressurized and dynamic environment.
- Have a good teamwork, honest, responsible and able to work independently.
- Able to work beyond normal hours in support of projects or other assignments.
