Job Title
Marketing Manager, ASEAN
Reports To
Regional Manager CML
Role Purpose
Responsible and accountable for overall management of Marketing activities for IndoChina/ Philippines/Singapore/Indonesia
Key Accountability
- Develop & implement the region's marketing initiatives and partnership deals with relevant business partners
- Monitor and analyze OTA/Metasearch/online activity, identifying opportunities and offer pro-active recommendations to Regional Manager and HQ OTA/Online Marketing BU
- Monitor on daily basis competitor activities in print and online media and come up with proposed strategies to counter in the market
- Work with media agency in HQ to drive social/marketing engagement activities
- Develop, enhance company's presence in the region and ensure image is held at the highest esteem for MAB
- Consistently analyze the risks and threats/opportunities that will impact areas of operations for the company
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Business Management, Tourism Management, Airlines and Aviation Management and any other related field of study.
- Diploma in Business Management, Tourism Management, Airlines and Aviation Management and any other related field of study.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong visual and graphic marketing skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Team player and ability to guide as mentor and winning attitude.
- Willing to work out of office hours and during weekends if necessary
