We are Located in Northridge California. We are an online fashion accessories retail business. We sell on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and other online marketplaces.

Our company is looking for an office/warehouse assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. We need help with quality control of daily online orders, daily inventory organization, packing and shipping, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to be very organized, have good computer skills, have basic knowledge in online marketplaces like Amazon.com eBay.com, etc. A pleasant personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. Knowledge in social media is will be needed.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

• Quality control of sold items
• Updating inventory
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Shipping and packing outgoing orders.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Managing social media.
• Taking pictures of new product.

Office Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or associate’s degree.
• Experience as an office / personal assistant or in related field.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• High motivation and energy.
• Some knowledge / interest in fashion.
• Able to work full time Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
