RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collect and understand data analysis requirements from operations stakeholders and translate the requirements into data analysis, visualizations, or reporting as needed.
  • Utilize Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) as the main data warehouse and data analytics tool.
  • Construct needed data queries and visualizations in OAC. In case OAC could not be used, the immediate data analysis requirements can be fulfilled using combination of other methods such as Power BI, Excel macro, etc.
  • Support validation and drive mid/long term improvements for OAC.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training for OAC users.
  • Drive automation of routine data collection and develop reporting processes.
  • Translate data into meaningful information in order to drive decision making, process improvement, and uncover performance improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze results, provide conclusions, ideas and guidance based on analysis.
  • Any other ad – hoc assignment according to business needs.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical Skills / Requirements:
    • Experience in creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects or procedures.
    • Strong analytical skills, with ability to drive quantitative analysis and develop metrics.
    • Ability to perform statistical modeling/analysis in Excel and other modeling programs.
    • Ability to develop process map and document findings.
    • Ability to create quantitative evaluative models.
    • Having programming skills (C# / Excel VBA / etc) will be highly desirable.
    • Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills are required as well as demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
