Job description
MISSION1. Support & contribute to the development and implementation of operations’ organizational strategies, policies & procedures, and to increase operations’ efficiencies & effectiveness in the organization.
2. Support administrative & operational duties of production department and help streamline the daily business of Operations in the organization
DAILY TASKS
1. Perform data entry and management responsibilities relating to production’s daily operations using SAP system.
2. Production related equipment, supplies & service sourcing & procurement according to the required specification & timeline.
3. Respond and manage Requests for Information (ROI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) for procurement of production related equipment, supplies & services.
4. Produces reports and data for analysis and tracking to increase business and operational efficiencies.
5. Participate in the monthly inventory count.
6. Generate Production Batch Number Planning according to weekly production schedule and update in the spreadsheet.
7. Daily preparation of product labels according to the production plan.
8. Support production operation when assigned.
9. Raw material availability checking from warehouse for production use based on weekly production schedule.
10. To carry out any other responsibilities as instructed by superior or management.
11. Fully support & implement GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, HALAL and other systems adopted by the company
