Work Schedule :
100% FTE, Days. Scheduled shifts between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Time will be split 50/50 between the Mauston and Portage clinic locations.

We are seeking an Optometrist to:
- Join the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences to provide quality care as an independent health care provider while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including general and specialty ophthalmologists.
- Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.
- Plan and create learning opportunities for technical staff and residents.
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention and treatment plans.
Education :
Minimum –Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree from an accredited Optometry School
Preferred – Completion of a one-year residency in post-optometry school study
Work Experience :
Minimum –Five (5) years post graduate clinical experience
Preferred –Seven (7) years of relevant clinical experience
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum –
- State of Wisconsin Optometry Licensure
- CPR certified
