1. Under the Senior Manager Oxygen Making Plant be responsible for the administrative and production management of the team, fully mobilize the production enthusiasm of the team members, do a good job in production; supervise and inspect the work of each position; earnestly implement the post responsibility system and process indicators, use and maintain Production equipment, do a good job in labor competition, to ensure high yield, low consumption, high quality and safe and civilized production.
2. The squad leader is the administrative and business leader of the squad, and is responsible for all the work of the affiliation during the shift.
3. Check the original records, process indicators, equipment operation, labor discipline and safe and civilized production status of each post on time, fill in the handover log, and organize the pre-class shift.
