Fly Alliance, LLC is a private aviation company, specializing in private jet charter, jet card memberships, aircraft sales, management, parts, and MRO. The company has three different divisions including Operations, Maintenance and Parts. As an FAA Part 135 charter certificate operator, Fly Alliance focuses on high quality service to customers in the areas of aircraft sales, management, charter, maintenance, parts, and consulting. Fly Alliance Maintenance has field operations in New York, Miami, Orlando and Stuart, Florida focusing on high quality service to customers in aircraft maintenance. Finally, Fly Alliance Parts is an aircraft parts sales company based in Orlando, Florida focusing on aircraft parts, specifically, engine sales and leases, aircraft parts and rotable sales.

Role Objective:

The primary function of this role is to support in all aspects of materials needs within the Alliance Aviation Group of companies.

Essential Job Tasks:

  • Assist with parts for aircraft while on the road – AOG and non-AOG situations.
  • Track cores and warranties for the WAG 135 aircraft.
  • Coordinate shipments by various carriers – both incoming and outgoing.
  • Conduct market searches for material pricing/availability as well as market research on component repair and/or overhaul(s)

Essential Job Tasks:

  • Quote and fulfill incoming part requests in a timely manner.
  • Track inventory and communicate all missing parts or discrepancies to the COO in a timely manner.
  • Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations and ensure all areas have adequate tools and supplies.
  • Developing and maintaining monthly sales quotas for sales volume for existing and new inventories.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Managing multiple flights at once with accuracy.
  • Multi-tasking effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and providing timely communication of project(s) status.
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, to our customers, vendors, and other team members.
  • Completing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency, working independently to solve problem.

Job Type: Full-time
