- ct as mixed-signal and analog ICs NPI (New Product Introduction) test package integration expert P
- erform test validation, improvement, qualification and release to production per corporate standards and procedures. I
- nteract with Divisions test developers, review test data and assess test capability I
- dentify root causes and resolve problems related to automated test equipment (ATE), handlers, load boards and contactors. W
- ork with operations to identify and document test improvement opportunities. I
- mprove test software and hardware for optimized yield and thru put. S
- upport introduction of new test platforms, infrastructures and test capability expansions.
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
P
- achelor of Science degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. M
- inimum of 8 years of experience in production test solutions for mixed signal and analog ICs. H
- ands-on skills with ATE platforms (e.g. Teradyne’s ETS-88, ETS-364, J750 or Advantest V93K). P
- roven working experience in volume production environment. S
- trong understanding of electronic engineering principles in areas including analog and digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity. S
- ound test programming experience programming in C / C++ or V Basic. S
- trong in data analysis and statistics. H
- ands-on experience making bench electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers. D
- emonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamworking. E
- xperience in PCB schematic capture tools such as OrCAD / Cadence Allegro. W
- illing to travel. S
