Job description

1. Responsible to develop, characterize and optimize processes for production.
2. Responsible for yield improvement, cost reduction and cycle time reduction.
3. Participate to resolve all technical and quality issues.
4. Deploy statistical techniques for process yield improvement and review Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart.
5. Responsible to develop new processes, improving and simplifying existing processes.
6. Perform equipment’s capability study and process evaluation.
7. Responsible in material evaluation and approval.
8. Participate in disposition of discrepant materials.
9. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
10. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training provided
11. Candidates with AI/Imaging process experience will be highly advantageous
