Job description

Qualification to include but not exclusive to:
1. Degree holder in any Engineering field or Business Admin of any degree related to Material Planning, Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management
2. Three (3) year experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain Management / Material Planning / Bidding/ Tendering / Contract Negotiation and Management
3. Well verse in problem solving, root cause analysis, quality and technical elements

Responsibilities:
1. To monitor and control procurement activity with ethical manner and all procurements staffs to meet the expectations.
2. To plan and support department activities based on department and company KPI.
3. To fit with all procurement functions such as supplier assessment (capability & capacity), supplier performance, financial aspect/analysis, planning and purchase, manage and monitor supplier delivery, supplier risk management and associated material procurement and to achieve department and company’s KPI.
4. Accountable for the performance of the Individual Performance Management System (PMS).
5. To support achievement of Department Performance Management System (PMS).
Composites Technology Research Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CTRM) was incorporated on 20 November 1990 with Ministry of Finance Incorporated as its principle shareholder. CTRM is entrusted with a strategic role to develop high technology based industry, namely the Aerospace and Composites industries. Apart from aerospace manufacturing, CTRM has also expanded into sub and major assembly activities and provides composite testing services, composite R&D and R&T, and composite repair. CTRM diversified its business into composites aircraft interiors, aircraft seats and transportations. In November 2013, the Ministry of Finance Inc. transferred its ownership in CTRM to DRB-HICOM, a Malaysia leading conglomerate.
