The Job

• Responsible for leading the operations and overall quality system in production, material procurement, production planning and maintenance to meet the delivery.
• Manpower & capacity planning and improve production performance.
• Supervise and control workers and all related production job according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Liaise on quality problems and take the necessary counter measure to prevent recurrent.
• Report process malfunction to engineer and help to resolve the problems.
• Complies with working rules and procedures.
• Maintaining communication between employees and Management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.

The Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Process) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience is required. Preferably from manufacturing industry / metal fabrication industry.
• Able to perform under challenges and work long hours with minimum supervision.
• Software skill(s): AutoCAD, Solidworks or equivalent.
• Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens who are able to start work quite immediately.
• Willing to work at Nilai and 6 days’ work.
