He/ She to run Production Operations in meeting the total production target and quality requirements with safe and efficient operations by adhering to safety, environment act and security of the plant. • Apply on SHE value, awareness during daily activities and be part of the team to form safety culture in the company. • Report any unsafe conditions and potential environmental hazards. • Execute immediate action on any unsafe conditions and potential environmental hazards. • Report any incident and accident. • Be role model to peers and contractors in term of SHE awareness. • Execute and apply the requirement of SHE • Execute and support the Emergency Response Plan as Fire Fighting Team. • Immediate response to abnormalities and process upset. • Active in plant troubleshooting timely, effectively and efficiently on problem related to responsible area. • Communicate the status of operations to team member, on-coming crew and other as needed. • Support potential improvement idea in area of responsibility. • Operate the system according to the process optimization. • Perform the improvement activities as per plan. • Perform the effectiveness and sustainability of the improvement • Attend the technical training to operators at area of responsibility. • Perform all Lynas Quality Management system and Standard Operating Procedures.
