Responsibilities: Responsible to process incoming customer orders efficiently and accurately in ERP system. To generate Delivery Orders and Invoices for outbound delivery and billing within timeline given. Handle customer and salesperson enquiries on orders status via Email, Phone Call and Text messages. To communicate constantly with stakeholder to ensure customer order is fulfilled timely to avoid any penalty incurred. To comply to ISO, GDPMD and MDA requirement across the Sales Order processes. To prepare Open Sales Order and Advanced delivery report time to time. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when required. Requirements: Degree holder in any discipline preferably with Science Background. Preferably 1 -2 year experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Possess good communication and interpersonal skill. Responsible, independent, willing to work under pressure and multitasking capability. Required skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS Words. Possess positive working attitude with passion to learn.
