Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, strong logic, good in writing and report ability (added advantage).
• At least 5-years of working experience in manufacturing industry especially in Purchasing /Procurement Department.
• Able to write and converse in Mandarin in order to communicate with HQ and Manufacturing Plants in China
• Experienced in purchasing direct/indirect materials and services.

• SAP or ERP system
• Ms Office Computer Skill
• Communication; Organizational skills multitask
• Good time management stress management
• Able to work immediately would be an advantage.
• Strong in negotiation and persuasive skills
• Good analytical and statistical skills

Job Scope:

• Able to perform overtime to troubleshoot urgent /emergency matters
• Handles Sourcing, Price Negotiation, Contract Management, Project Management and Tender Management
• Daily Purchasing activities e.g. Process Purchase Requisition Form, Solicit Quotes, Commercial Negotiation, Open Bidding, Commercial Comparison, Prepare Purchase Approval and Payment Processing for Top Management’s Review and Approval
• PO and payment processing using Kibing China's NC-ERP System and OA system.
• Purchasing SOP review through Monthly Standard Reading, Continuous Improvement activity
• Participate in ISO reaction and weekly participation in TPM activity
• Able to move around / travelling around to do sourcing development
• Undertake any ad-hoc task as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
