Overview
So what is your role about?
- To perform all QAQC departmental administrative works.
- To assist on updating, compiling and monitoring QAQC records.
- To assist on preparing weekly/ monthly QAQC report when necessary.
- Ensure quality records and documents are retained as per departmental procedures.
- To ensure all QAQC procedures as defined in relevant Quality Control Plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) are implemented accordingly at project sites.
- To carry out QC inspections at every inspection and test point documented in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) relevant to the project.
- To ensure proper implementation of project execution plan and all related documentation on site through periodic audits.
- To be responsible to control, monitor and maintain Project Quality Record System established for all projects assigned.
- To prepare Pre-CPC Inspection Report at the end of project and review and verify rectification method to obtain Client acceptance.
- To conduct workers induction / mock-up or briefing consistently to ensure proper implementation of quality requirements.
- Ensure proper record keeping in server is updated and maintained at all times.
- To monitor and verify CPC and DLP defects are rectified according to relevant standard quality requirements and specifications.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
Who are we looking for?
- Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Diploma holder in any related field.
