RESPONSIBILITY:

a) Monitoring daily customer quality activity to make sure all customer and internal operation requirements compliance and performing accordingly.

b) To assists Quality Engineer (SQE) and work together with Quality Supervisor to resolve all quality related issues externally and internally.

c) Decide and make judgement or decision on quality matters.

d) Report quality problem incident to the respective Quality Engineer and/or above.

e) To ensure the products conform to the quality requirements of the company and customers.

f) Assist to prepare relevant work instruction for out-going inspection.

g) Assist to provide on the job training activities for new or incompetence quality inspector.

h) Liaise with other relevant department to reschedule and resolve all quality related issues due to Rieter related parts.

i) Assist Quality Engineer (SQE) in monitoring, report and support of supplier quality metrics and performance related to specific customer.

j) Assist Quality Engineer (SQE) in liaison with supplier to ensuring that overall specification, quality requirements, and expectation are met for all customer related parts.

k) Support new product developments on the quality department responsibilities task for specific customer related parts.

l) Assist Quality Engineer (SQE) for the initiate and follow up on incoming supplier part’s status for specific customer Related parts.

m) Review overall process performance and documentation for IQC, IPQC and OQC related to specific customer.

n) Escalate the need to stop delivery and/or production to Quality Engineer when suspect for bad quality goods/processes supplied.

a) Other responsibility will be assigned from time-to-time suit company need and market demand.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

a) Minimum SPM

b) Ability to read Engineering drawing and use basic QC instruments.

c) Min 2 Years Working Experience In the related field is required.

d) Able to conversant in English & Bahasa Malaysia

e) Able to Work Independently under minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
