Canyon Springs Post-Acute Care, a premier skilled nursing facility located in San Jose, is looking for Registered Nurse (RN) who can work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and work together as part of a team.

Duties:

• Coordinate and participate in resident care of skilled patients
• Manage and administer IVs
• Assist with the overall supervision and management of the nursing staff
• Oversee admissions of new skilled patient
• Make rounds and provide reports
• Perform skilled care assessments

Requirements:

• Minimum requirements to perform this position include graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with a Degree in Nursing.
• 2 years or more experience preferably in a long-term care facility and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge and experience with EHR software preferred (PCC).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $52.00 per hour
