SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description
- Attend to enquiries from prospects/purchasers
- Assist and follow up on documentation on new sale and sub-sale cases
- Support marketing team in the implementation of sales activities
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Sales experience in property (residential, industrial and condominium) is an added advantage
- Familiar with documentation on new sale and sub-sale cases for landed and high-rise buildings
- Experience in tenancy documentation
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and good typing skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work on weekend, site office/show unit, if required to
