Sales / Marketing Engineer

Job Description :

• * To explore new business in the precast industries especially in Government Agencies
• * To Identify and develop relationship with industries professionals (Architect, C&S Engineers, Client & Government Agencies) to generate new business opportunities.
• * To compile market information/data and report to marketing manager on sales prospect and business opportunities.
• * To develop and create sales/contract with existing and new clients (Contractors)
• * To handle customer enquiries, customer visits and follow-up action
• * To prepare technical offers for tenders and loose sales and coordinate with Technical & Pre Conract Team.
• * To negotiate with customers and conclude sales/contract.
• * Must be able to meet Sales Target
• * To assist on Customer Credit Control and Collection
• * To Service and support existing client.
• * To Maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• * (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• * Possesses good leadership, excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• * Ability to develop good relationship with industries professionals, current and potential clients,
• * Must have a good contact with the government agencies
• * Minimun 2 years working experience as a Technical Sales / Marketing Engineer / Project Engineer in construction industry.
• * Good written and verbal communication in English,Bahasa and computer literacy is essential.

-* Candidates must be self- motivated, willing to travel, resourceful and possesses high passion for details

• * Possess own transport
• * Experience in Precast Construction Works shall be an added advantage.
