Sales Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting exceptional sales professionals. You will work closely with our sales leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to meet our sales staffing needs.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top sales talent across multiple locations.
• Identify, source, and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates qualified for our culture and sales roles.
• Manage candidate communication and tracking using our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Position Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting for sales roles in a fast-paced environment, medical devices industry.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top sales talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies.
