Sea Logistics Requirement Engineering + Systems Support Specialist
Job description
Your Role
Execute the application support function including all the related activities of systems support, root cause analysis, maintenance, testing + cooperation with key stakeholders for application development. Your focus will be on supporting operational delivery through facilitating our entire systems landscape including internal + external facing applications. Through data analysis + other methodologies, you will ensure the optimal utilization of systems to achieve excellent data quality + efficiency.Your Responsibilities
- To enable system excellence through high adherence to designed processes + proper system utilization
through system reports or process audits in collaboration with the process excellence function. - To implement + support the usage of the entire system landscape through efficient + optimal system
configurations achieving operational excellence. - To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together with stakeholders.
- To monitor internal support queues ensuring timely responses to all requests.
- To identify re-occurring issues, provide systematic solutions or identify training needs + coordinate with
respective trainers. - To conduct system testing with operations + document results as per regional standards.
- To carry out applications development such as requirement gathering, software solution design, testing +
supporting. - To share knowledge to local Systems + Process teams on relevant topics.
- To support and coordinate near shoring activities to the Shared Service Centers.
- To find solutions + seek opportunities for the organization that will further our operational + strategic goals
Your Skills and Experiences
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in process improvement + system support + root cause analysis
- A keen eye for details.
- Able to work with tight deadlines and efficiently in a multi-task environment.
- Proactive with good time management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and highly organized in following up on daily work.
