About the opportunity:

In the Senior Digital Marketing Manager position, you will help execute and optimize highly-effective digital marketing campaigns, with the goal to increase customer base and engagement levels. This is a role where you will partner with client managers and innovation leaders from one of our major technology clients. What you'll do:

  • Develop and tactically execute large-scale online campaigns for our client's products
  • Train and provide strategic consulting to client teams across the APAC region
  • Learn, follow, and demonstrate a strong understanding of internal policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns with a heavy emphasis on tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate appropriately across other channels/teams to ensure smooth integration of online advertising into our client's overall growth strategy
  • Analyze, review and present Quarterly Business Reviews to stakeholders and recommend areas of growth for the account.
  • Lead / plan customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey with regional and local clients (ad creatives, ad placements, landing page experience, conversions, post-conversion relationship, A/B and multivariate testing, etc).
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to help drive success in meeting their goals and partner with the cross-channel leads for integrated campaign program development.

What we need of you:

  • Fluency in English is a must have
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing campaign execution and operations, working with platforms like Marketo, Hubspot, AEM, Google Ads, Taboola, etc. Exceptional ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI
  • Proactive, disciplined, organized, self-starter and highly motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Highly skilled in Excel and working with large data sets. Comfortable speaking about and presenting data.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team setting and dealing with ambiguity
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented

Plus:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with strong performance in undergraduate coursework and demonstrated analytical success
  • Knowledge of Ad Servers, campaign optimization tools, and/or online tracking technology preferred
  • Knowledge of Social/Native Ads Platforms and Google Ads/ Marketing Platforms a big plus
