Location: PROJECT SITE KAJANG UNTIL COMPLETION

JOB SCOPE: a) Supervision:

• To supervise, monitor and coordinate daily construction works according to the drawings and specifications given. Keep record of daily site report.
• Ensure all works executed are in compliance with the drawings, specification, procedure and schedule to achieve quality standard and delivery on time.
• Site lead coordination with other subcons to ensure all works running smoothly.
• Update management regarding work progress and any discrepancies occurred at site.
• To undertake any task given by the management from time to time.

b) Material / manpower on site:

• Check Quality and Quantity of Material delivered to site and to ensure the materials are stored appropriately.
• Calculate material usage and update for material requirement at site regularly.
• Keep record of manpower requirement at site.

c) Others

• Maintain site safety, health and environment following and enforcing standard and procedures state by the government.
• Make sure proper documentation for required matters.

Job Requirements:

• HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING SITE WORK FOR 3 YEARS
• Possess Own Transport and Willing to Travel
• In-depth of understanding CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
• GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN DRAWING
• Good analytical skills
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Candidate who can start WORK IMMIDIATELY IS AN ADVANTAGE.
• PREFERABLE MALAY (MALE)
• Salary offered RM3,000 with petrol allowance

• Boleh meneliti dan memahami Lukisan Kejuruteraan
